Jonna Rose Palma
Founder
Jonna Rose Palma is a Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT), Licensed Neuro Nuclear Medicine Technologist RT(N), NMT, Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Brain Health Professional (BHP) with over 10 years of experience in mental health, neuroscience, and patient care. Her background spans from outpatient medical settings, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, and brain scan research clinics, where she combines clinical science with a deep passion for understanding the relationship between psychology, physiology, performance, and human behavior.
A lifelong athlete, Jonna Rose has been involved in wrestling and combat sports since the age of 10 and competed as part of Team USA’s Junior Olympics during high school. She later transitioned into competitive bodybuilding, earning 8 first-place titles through her discipline, conditioning, and commitment to health and performance. In addition to athletics, she has also competed in pageantry and was crowned Miss Napa Valley USA 2024, combining confidence, leadership, and community involvement with her passion for fitness and personal development.
She currently serves in Napa Valley as a wrestling coach for the Napa Sheriff’s Activities League while pursuing her interest in the science and production of wine by studying Viticulture and Enology at Napa Valley College as well as growing her business in real estate investing, with an emphasis on creating meaningful impact through business and community.
